The Clearinghouse is a major specific career fair organized by the Georgia Tech AIChE Chapter.  Because Chemical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering students have significant overlap in skills and career interests, we have decided to host a combined career fair this year. Each year, 30+ companies (many industry leaders) attend the event. It gives students and companies the chance to network as well as gain intern, co-op, and full time positions. All AIChE and MAGT Georgia Tech Chapter members are encouraged to attend.

Each year we also assemble a digital resume book for all interested chapter members. This resume book is distributed to all participating companies and is categorized by students searching for full time, co-op, or internship positions. We strongly encourage our members to submit their resumes for the consideration of all the companies in attendance as you may be unable to meet with every company. To assist you with the preparation of your resume, here is a copy of the Resume Workshop presentation given by Dr. Breedveld.

The 2021 AIChE + MAGT Clearinghouse will be a virtual event. The In-Person Session will be held on Wednesday, September 15th from 2 to 5 pm at the Klaus Atrium. The Virtual Session will be held on Tuesday, September 21st from 1 to 5 pm via Career Fair Plus.

To attend, ChBE students must be a nationally registered AIChE member AS WELL AS a local Georgia Tech Chapter member. Students can register for National AIChE here and for GT AIChE at any Lunch & Learn on Thursdays.
